By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give TAB Services permission to send you account-related text messages, like payment reminders and notifications, in conjunction with the services you have requested. Message frequency may vary by account. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out, text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you. To request support, text HELP to any text message we send you or email us at docs@tab-services.com. If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as SMS messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.

1. Introduction: This section represents the terms and conditions &”T&C” for the text messaging program TAB Services ALERTS operated by TAB Services. By participating in the TAB Services ALERTS, you are agreeing to these T&C. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not participate in our program.

3. Opt-In Instructions: To opt-in and receive messages from TAB Services ALERT, text START to +1 317-930-7356. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from TAB Services.

4.Opt-Out Instructions: If at any time you wish to stop receiving messages from TAB Services ALERT, text “STOP” to +1 317-930-7356. You will receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from our program.

7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Messaging Frequency: Upon opting in, you will receive approximately 6-7 messages per month. The frequency may vary depending on individual user engagement.

9. Message and Data Rates: Please be aware that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your mobile service provider for more details on messaging and data charges.
