Skip Tracing & Electronic Account Listing

Our collectors have access to various skip tracing tools.

TAB can list accounts and report payments electronically, and currently employs this technology with many of its clients.  TAB has the capability to adapt its system to work with almost any means of data transmission.

We report all authorized client accounts to the following credit bureaus every two weeks:  Experian, Transunion and CSC Credit Services.

FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) Regulations, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)

Every collector at TAB receives comprehensive computer-based training on the FDCPA and HIPAA and is required to pass a test before beginning collection activities.  Additional training is provided through area educational institutions and American Collectors Association (ACA) seminars.  To ensure compliance, TAB systematically monitors and records collector phone calls.

Hardware and Software

TAB utilizes a high-powered IBM AS-400 server combined with the Quantrax Intellec software collection system to collect on accounts quickly and efficiently.
