Sales Representative – Tulsa Metro

TAB is seeking a qualified sales representative to expand our client base. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our company in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it is essential that our sales rep be personable and professional. Our rep will become the subject matter expert on the collections industry, with a special focus on health care recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the credit and collections industries, as well as the back end of the health care revenue cycle. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive new business and document success in sales goals
  • Establish relationships with key clients, including understanding their collection process 
  • Identify, sell, close, and manage potential sales prospects
  • Utilize effective networking techniques to grow their portfolio and follow up in a timely manner on all leads
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within ACA International & other ARMS industry experts
  • Develop strategic solutions for accounts in their territory
  • Prospect for new business to meet a new revenue quota
  • Become a subject matter expert in the ARMS industry
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and business needs
  • Work in sales teams with other account managers and account executives

Requirements: 

  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship experience in inside sales
  • Aptitude in sales or marketing techniques and ability to cultivate customer relationships
  • Must demonstrate consultative skills when calling on customers, effectively utilizing influence and persuasion

**Preferred applicants will also possess a minimum of 2 years-experience in the credit & collections, finance, or accounts receivable management sectors, and have knowledge of all laws governing the debt collection industry and will be highly skilled in negotiation.
